Favorite foods abound during the holiday season. December is seen as the month of indulgence, and with it being National Egg Nog and Fruitcake Month, who can refuse the temptations?
Starting on December 1st there's National Pie Day, followed on the 4th by National Cookie Day. Then on December 16th it's National Chocolate Covered Anything Day! If all those calorie-counting holiday moments cause your scale to tip upwards, you may want to start your New Year's resolutions early with a trip to the gym.
